New Vista boot problem

OK, last time installed Vista, I got the DVD directly from Microsoft and had no problems. For this latest Vista build I downloaded the file and burned it to DVD. It says it's an ISO image file but the system will not boot from the DVD.

I'm assuming I did something wrong in the burning process.

Any ideas out there?

Yes, the system is set to boot from the DVD drive in BIOS and it is the only optical drive installed. It shows the prompt to "boot from CD" but it will not boot, it only boots up the previous version of Vista from the hard drive.

Whoops! Double post.

Check to make sure your burning software was set to Burn Image. If you just burn the .iso file as a Data disc, it will not be bootable.

OK, thanks guys. That's what I did (burned to data disk) so I will set to burn image.
