NT4.0 Policy

Hi, Guys I am having trouble with something and I was hoping you guys could help me out please? How do I create a policy on "domain users" group? I appreciate all help.

I'm sure you've been searching and searching all day long. But am guessing you haven't been here: Search the Support Knowledge Base (KB)

There's is very little that you "can't" find there..
