VIA PX4B audio controller get's uninstalled

Hello. For some reason in my VIA PX4B motherboard the audio controllers get's uninstalled at various times. The audio will work then it doesn't. I then uninstall the broken driver in the Device manager and when I restart, the same audio driver get's reinstalled and sound works again. This never happened to me before when I first installed WinXP pro when I first got this motherboard but I did a reinstall of WinXP pro for other reasons and I keep get this recurring problem of the driver uninstalling itself. Any advice is appreciated. thanks
