XP Service Pack 3

i found this website that had a link about windows XP service pack 3, has anyone heard of a release date for this? the site included a list which im guessing isnt a complete list of updates that will be included in SP3. Here is the website and the list of updates as of April 2006.

i dont see service pack 3 on microsoft website or any beta's. i'm not even going to attempt downloading those if i were you.

You need all those hotfixes. Those are all the ones since SP2 up to that date. If you use Windows Update and install all criticals, you have them.

I'm guessing SP3 will arrive in the spring or next summer.

i wasn't planning on installing any updates or hotfixes from this site, i just stumbled across the website and the xp SP3 caught my eye but didn't have any expected release date info so i posted it here to get some more thoughts on it. im up to date on all sp and hotfixes that microsoft has released, but its a pain having to install one batch of updates, then reboot, then have to rescan for updates currently installed, then download and install them, reboot, and on and on on a new build or repair install. so i was hoping that the sp3 would becoming sooner rather then later......................................

granted i could just download all the updates & hotfixes individually and store them on my server
