Question print spooler

Hello can anyone help me with this problem. Recently as i tried to print out a document, I found out that there were no longer and printers added to my computer. It asked me if i would like to add a printer so I proceeded to do so, but after I clicked yes it told me my print spooler was not working. Now i've looked online and tried a few things like restarting and trying to net start my spooler in command prompt, but nothing seems to work. If anyone can help me with this issue it would be greatly appreciated

How strange, you are the second person to have reported this tonight. Could there be the possibility of a virus going around?
