than the home computer version.. just curious, i was hoping Visions was going to be well done.. and worth it. what do you think..

Think you mean Vista, not Visions. No matter. You only need XP Pro if you're going to be connecting to a large business network. Save your money and go with XP Home OEM for about $90.

I've used both Home and Pro and on a standalone computer there is not significant advantage to Pro. Some advantages on networks and definitely what you want for a large managed network.
I played with Vista RC1 and doubt I'll get it until I have to. No real advantages for me and I didn't like it. |
