My pc clock keep changing

Hi, I replaced my power supply 2 weeks ago and since then my time keep changing but the date is okay. If I correct the time then next day when I turn on my pc it happens again time changes but date is okay. Did I connect wrong wires or something. Lots of people suggesting me to change my time zone or the battery but I am not that stupid. I am in the correct time zone and if it was the battery then the date should change too right.

Thanks for your help

It probably is your BIOS battery. If your running low on juice, the time would be the first thing to start reseting.

If you have a new PS and it is always plugged in, this shouldn't be an issue... have you had any other problems (i.e. stability) with your machine since replacing the power supply?

If you are using XP, make sure the time services are properly configured, this will keep it reset properly for you.

You still need to check the time services setup - if you have the wrong timezone set, it will keep changing on you.
