restart plug and play ?
Hi ... I have an windows xp pro sp2 computer and some how this service got disable , I have try to re-enable this service under services but it wouldn't , Is there another way to turn on this service ? Thanks

What service are you talking about?
DOH the one in the title...sorry.What happens when you try to restart the service?

Try entering properties PnP services should be set on Automatic startup, it is very possible that you have some kind of malware if this service is not working properly try to scan your computer for malware!

Hi ... Thanks for your tips , I was trying to help out a buddy with his computer , He found out that he did have many spyware , So he end up reformatting , which now everything is good again , Thx
