Can't reboot/shutdown
New PC yesterday, installed Windows and it's working fine from what I can tell except one problem. I can't seem to shutdown or restart my PC. Was able to before but all of a sudden I can't now, not sure what the problem is. If I go to shutdown or restart it just hangs there and doesn't actually do it. It has to end cApp though but even if I let it end the program or if I end it myself when it shows up the PC still won't reboot/shutdown.
Suggestions? |

Okay, got Norton was a trial but I don't like it anyway. Switch to Avast and hopefully it'll be okay.
