Tells what tell?
First on is mentioning Safe mode. Are you using safe mode?
Second one is a blank screen shot.
Third one is an error message..

Are the three screen shot related? If so, they are related to_________________________.

Start by running diagnostics on your hard drive and ram. If they pass, do a Windows repair reinstall. Procedures are in Tips and Tricks.
