Problem Installing SP2

When I'm asked to insert SP2 , I get the message "needs file 'csms'. Any ideas what this means? Thanks

Guessing you're getting the message after you pop in the SP2 cd?
The cd and or the drive could be dirty.

It's a brand new drive and SP2 disc. I've searched the knowledge base thoroughly with no results. I guess I was hoping someone had encountered this before and knew what to do. Thanks
