Recovery Bin Issues

I am having trouble acessing the recovery bin. I get the following message:

ESI Undelete GUI
Local Server Connection Failed

I am running XP
I have 3 drives (2 internal SATAs, and 1 External USB connected drive)

Also, I deleted a number of big items off my C: but when I go into "my computer" the space available on the drive has not increased.

Thank you and please let me know if more info is needed.

Thank you. I was able to delete the program. Then I had no recycle bin. I restarted, still no recycle bin. So, I found an old Word file and deleted it. Recycle bin back and everyone happy.

Also, my C: drive now accurately reflects the correct size available.

Regards,
