Using 98se. Have Comcast cable. Accomplished troubleshoot with Comcast tech support,
problem seems to be with my computer. All was fine until I let my Semantech subscription expire. Outlook Express not receiving email now. I can't get the Semantech and Norton programs to uninstall as well. I also pick up email with my Sony laptop( Win XP) using the same modem and router, Dlink, and it works fine. I prefer to use my desktop computer for email viewing. This is the only problem with my desktop computer. This glitch happening when I dropped Semantec seems significant. |

If you can still get into the Norton settings, disable the real time email scanner.
