Windows XP
I'm currently running on Windows ME on a pc that's about 5 years old. Can I install Windows XP on it? Thanks.

The mininums that macko72 posted are just enough to run XP.
Ram: 512m is a more realistic mininum HD space: with service packs at least 4gigs of space

i agree with the 512 Mb of ram , also i wouldn't install it on something under 600 Mhz . below that and its just not worth it . or atlest thats just my experience , it is simply to slow or crashes to much.

I would not install XP on anything with less than 500 MHz, 512mb ram, and a 10 gig hard drive.
