Is There Anyway...., without $20-100 software
that i can pasword protect one or 2 folders with windows xp? I have Personnel Files that I cant allow to be unsecure acording to HR...

well, you could put the files in a compressed archive (zip/rar/whatever) and put a password on the archive. that is what i do when i need to protect files

Are you running NTFS? That is the first step you can use to ensure that your files are secure. Further, if you've got XP Pro then here's a guide the EFS
