'local Policy'???

Hi,

all of a sudden i cannot log on to my laptop, this mesage come up after i type my password,
'The local policy of this system does not permit you to log on interactively'. i can't even logon thru administrator account, system running Win XP

any idea guys!!!

Are you able to log in, in Safe Mode?

Is this a standalone machine or is it part of a network?
