Which OS for me?
Wondering which OS I should go with.
XP Home XP Pro XP 64 Or wait for Vista I'm building a new rig for gaming and media. Not heavy gaming though. I want to know mostly if the 64 bit Windows is worth the extra money... Intel E6300 Core 2 Duo Asus P5B Seagate HDD EVGA 7900 GS KO 1GB XMS Ram |

64bit version has a load of compatability issues. Unless there's a particular reason you need to use it, then avoid it.
XP Home is great, the only benefits of Pro edition are seen when adding the computer to a network. Vista is going to be both expensive and (most likely) problematic at first.
