stuff running in the background on winxp pro
not sure how else to explain this but attached is all the programs that are eating up my memory on my computer and was wondering if i could dwindle down the list so my computer could go a little faster. from the top you can see what's eating most memory. probably should leave avg on that list though.. and explorer
 any ideas of what else i can get rid of? if so how would i permanantly get rid of it so it doesn't start up again when i turn on the computer? or maybe i should leave everything on that list? thanks for the help
