W-XP: How to suppress error screen in start up secuence

Problem at Windows XP initialization secuence:
Which process make to show the screen below just before Windows XP comming up right at the count down?
I´d like to know the file name (if any) where this text is stored and moved to display screen.
Is there any flag in any file “ini” to inhibit such a screen message?
I have no problem to work after this message disappear (from six month ago, at least) but Windows start up is delayed.
Thank you somebody could help me.
Kind regards.
Florentino

Screen display as following text (Black background, Spanish version)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Any one knows the answer?
Thank you very much.
Floren.

It is the standard Windows Recovery message.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but Windows did not start successfully. A recent hardware or software change might have caused this.

If your computer stopped responding, restarted unexpectedly, or was automatically shut down to protect your files and folders, choose Last Known Good Configuration to revert to the most recent settings that worked.

If a previous startup attempt was interrupted due to a power failure or because the Power or Reset button was pressed, or if you aren't sure what caused the problem, choose Start Windows
Normally.

Safe Mode
Safe Mode with Networking
Safe Mode with Command Prompt

Last Known Good Configuration (your most recent settings that worked) Start Windows Normally

Use the up and down arrow keys to move the highlight to your choice.

Seconds until Windows starts: 30

There is no way to suppress that. Choose Start Windows Normally and it shouldn't bother you again. Just letting it sit there till it times out will not reset it.

Right. If there isn't other way I will wait to choose the best time to reinstall Windows XP.
Thank you and kind regards.
