Talking Can't Download pdf

I am trying to download a .pdf from the internet. I can't figure out why, but it always says "Done" but the form never show up. I have adobe reader...never really had this problem before. This is a fairly new build and I don't know if we have ever been able to download .pdf's.

Any suggestions???

Are you downloading directly from a web site or from within your email?
