Which CONFIG.SYS line will load the mouse driver into upper memory blocks? - DEVICEHIGH=C:\DOS\MOUSE.SYS
Which DOS command erases a directory including all files and subdirectories that are in it? - deltree
Which three files are essential for DOS to boot a computer? (Choose three.) Config.sys is not but command.com is.
Which file or program is responsible for managing extended memory? - EMM386.EXE
Which editor, available in Windows 95, is used specifically for editing of configuration files? - Sysedit

That's a DOS 6.x command. DEL cannot delete directories that are not empty.
