Question Auto lockout in windows 2000. How to turn off?

Hello,
I would like to know how to turn off the auto-lockout feature in windows 2000 and xp. (example. When pc is idle for so many minutes, a message comes up and says " Pc has been has locked and only administrator or user can unlock).
Is this a group policy feature and something that cant be configured from the local pc?
Thanks,
Ron

Check your screen saver settings. If it's password protected, that's what you uncheck. Also, power options has a setting to require a password to come out of standby.
