vista upgrade question

I have vista Beta 2 customer preview program running now on a partitioned HD with XP (pro).
I got release canidate 1 customer preview program in the mail.
Can I run it as a upgrade? without losing anything? Or is it a clean install?
Thanks

At this point, why not just wait for the final release?

i honestly dont know if i will be getting vista. I have to ck on some of the pricing. I spent my$ for a new vid crd. which i am happy with,
I just thought Id play around with it for awhile.
The more I learn about vista the better, I figure.
Thanks
B
