Safe mode and virus removal
I have the viruses:
win32/apropos.b winnt.zufyx.a spyware.apropos.c trojan.win32.crypt.t microsoft sent me a message on how to remove this viruses. The first thing is to restart your computer in safe mode. I hit F8, hit safe mode, then chose my system and I get a screen full of text lines and then my screen just says : out of scan range 36hz-85hz or something to that extent which i thought was a monitor prompt, but nothing else happens . So, is there another way to remove these or start in safe mode? thanks for the help!!! |

Welcome to PCMech,
You can try removing all USB devices that you may have (exept mouse ), and you can try START => RUN type MSCONFIG and choose start up option SAFE MODE (but still remove all USB-s) and be patient it takes some time to load (not to long of course) .
