Freezing at welcome screen
my computer has been freezing at the welcome screen...so i tryed to restart in safe mode but when i press F8 and i can not move up to highlight "safe mode"
any ideas? |

did you do anything diffrent to your computer recently? such as install new software upgrade hardware, dissconnect anything ext.
will your computer start up normally (besides the freezing welcome screen) when its not in safe mode? if you can get on windows try a diskdefragment |

I hope its not a virus problem? if he is able to boot computer into safe mode, then try running anti-virus or anti-spyware.
Have u installed any new hardware or software/application before u encountered this problem? |

Looks like your keyboard is not operational did you tried unpluging USB devices and boot in to a windows then!!!
