Vista has an option to save all of your documents. It copies your My Documents and Windows directory to a separate directory. Be aware though that when I did this on a fairly bare machine it used nearly 20GB's after it installed Vista and copied the files.

I saw on the news the other day that there were some security risks with Vista. Can anyone elaborate on this?
