Problems with XP MCE

when i'm using my computer i get a random blue screen and it tells me a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your system and it gives me a bunch of codes with 0's and X's then at the bottom it says it is dumping physical memory and it counts to 100 then restarts


what is this and how do i go about fixing iT???

Introduction to Stop Errors

"Stop errors in a nutshell are errors that are serious enough to cause Windows to stop. They are similar to the blue screen errors that were present on Windows 9x, however there is no option to try and resume the session in a Windows NT Stop Error (Windows 2000 and all XP members included)."

The "bunch of codes with 0's and X's" is what you need to use to research the problem. Write them down next time.
