Remove the SAS

I put a new hard drive in my computer and want to transfer my files over. The old hard drive will not let me access the files. I have the SAS on and then it asks for the administrater password. I have no password, I just hit enter and it starts windows. How do I remove this stuff or is there something else blocking me.

I do not want to ghost the drive because I dont want all of the files. Thanks for any replies.
