HELP! error code 7

i have just upgraded my mobo and cpu from 32 bit to 64 bit. after reading all the great info on this forum, installed my mobo, cpu, video card, psu. i power up set bios, went to repair windows xp and get BSOD file hal.dll count not be loaded, error code 7.

Thanks newbuilder14 for you help. I found the answer @ mswindows. The problem was bad ram.
