Two problems

1)I keep getting "low disk space" messages on my computer, and I know I have plenty of free space. I always delete -- erase, actually -- Internet clutter and media files, etc.
2)There's now a mysterious folder on my computer that's titled "Fill." Whenever I try to open or erase it, it's slow to act and I cancel the action.

How do I fix these problems?

Start with spy/adware cleaners.
Adaware, CCleaner, Spybot S&D

Those are all free and available at www.download.com

How much disk space does it say you have?

Are you running any anti-virus software? If so, which one?

Install, update and run AVG 7.5 free edition and the previously-mentioned anti-spyware scanners. Allow them to remove anything they find.
