windows opening small will not resize
buddy just called with an unusual problem. his new computer will not open windows in full size. any program that he opens, opens in a small window that will not resize. it is not only explorer but all programs. any suggestions?

I recently had that problem. Someone suggested that I re-install the video driver. I just went into Device manager, removed that device and shutdown the computer. Upon reboot Windows reinstalled the video driver and all was fine. Hope that helps.

Can he drag the sides of the windows and the hold the control key will he X's out to save the setting?
