Question PC Does not Recognize CD Drives

My Windows computer does not show my CD drives all of a sudden. I don't know if the message below relates, but I found it under Event Viewer. CAN ANYONE HELP ME TO GET MY PC TO RECOGNIZE MY CD DRIVES? THANK YOU.

The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
Cdr4_xp
Imapi
