Web Page refresh question
Is there a way to make a web page keep refreshing automaticaly, lets say ever 30 seconds or so in the browser setting? It does not have to be IE7, I use other browsers as well.

This Internet Explorer addon automatically refreshes websites for you. You can set it to refresh your pages at custom intervals or any predefined ones.
