XP login screen
I get this when I try to switch the way users log on.

2. If you are not logging into a Novell server, uninstall Client Services for Netware. |

Very sorry about that.. I have no clue what a Novell server is, and I aslo do not know how to uninstall Client Services I can not find anything to uninstall it.

Open up your network connections, and right click on the local area connection. Select properties, and highlight Client for Netware Networks - then click uninstall.
