linux to win98
I have a pc that had previously been loaded with various linux distributions. The problem is in its current state whenever it is booted up there is a message saying "GRUB loading". I have a copy of windows 98, which I would like to load up onto this machine. How do I go about wiping the computer clean to install 98? Any help would be appreciated.
(not sure whether or not this belongs in the linux board or this one) |

Nope, that won't remove the GRUB boot loader. You have to boot with the 98 startup disk and type FDISK /MBR at the A prompt.
