How to make a bootable CD?

I'm trying to make a bootable CD to run a diagnostic on a failing SATA HDD, the manufacturer provides the file in .ISO format, but what software do I need to use the file to create a bootable CD?

Nero, Roxio, NTI, and Sonic all can do it. You tell the software you want to burn a CD from an image - then browse to the ISO. If you don't have any burning software, Deepburner Free can do it.
