To put an Google icon that links to google in my IE tool bar???

You can add google as a link which is next to the address box. If you decrease the size of the address bar, should see some Microsoft links, this where to add the google link.

I don't have tyhe Google icon in Available tool bad buttons. How do I put it in there?

What flanzig1 meant was to put Google as a link and expand the link to show Google. Alternatively you could use IE7 .. it has a customizable search engine like Firefox.
