Unhappy SOS! Computer is not working!!! Please help me!

Used the computer, Dimension 9150-my PS computer, last night and it was working fine. Got up this morning and noticed that the time on it said 8:47am when it was like 9:50am. I go to click to check my email and notice that my desktop is frozen. Nothing will click, not my start button, nothing. I try to do ALT+CTRL+Delete and even that won't work. At this point, my heart has just dropped to my stomach and I'm frozen with fear. Now I have all of my pictures, etc backed up on my Seagate external so that's not what I'm afraid of. My problem is that I have an order that MUST under all circumstances get finished today and uploaded ASAP to be ordered...that's another long story. So if I don't get my computer working so I can get on PS and get this done, I'm in BIGGGGG trouble with this client.

I restart it again and same thing, as soon as the desktop gets established with all of the icons and such, it's frozen in a sense. You can't click on anything and get a response.

I restart and run it in safe mode and it works so that's what I am in now is safe mode with networking in order to be able to get on here and put out an SOS for help. I ran a chkdsk on the C: drive and it ran through fine and didn't say it had found anything. Restarted it again but still the same thing, desktop establishes itself and then nothing.

Does anyone have any idea of what is going on??? I don't have access to any other computer to work on so I am freaking out over here because I must get this done today. If anyone would like to help me, please call me at home 864-220-5556 or 864-238-8655 my cell. My home phone battery hasn't been keeping it's charge very long so just in case it went out on me I am putting my cell phone number on here.

I don't know what else to do as I at a loss when it comes to more in dept stuff then what I've done already.

Oh, I also went into the safe mode screen and chose the option of "Restore my computer back to it's last know good configuration" and restarted it and that didn't work either. Desktop came back up but once again, I wasn't able to access anything because nothing would let me click on it.

Okay, I tried doing a system restore and that didn't work either. So I disabled everything from the startup menu and that worked so now I am able to semi-operate over here.

My one and only concern for today is just being able to get my Monaco gamma profile for my monitor loaded and my PS working with the correct profile, so I can get started on this order. The rest of it I can take care of another time.

So...for this reason I am going to post screen shots of everything that is in my start up menu. Which by the way, there is a lot of stuff in there and some things which have been removed so why would stuff from that program still be listed in the start up menu. Such as McAfee for example, that came with my computer and it was deleted once the trial ran out so how do I delete it from this start up menu??? I don't want the stuff that shouldn't be in there, in there to begin with?

So by looking at these five screen shots which lists everything and it's location to the extent that I can show it, what do I absolutely need to have loaded in order to work in PS and have my monitor profiles for my color to get this order one today???

Here are the following screen shots from my start up menu. They are in order from top to bottom and lists everything in the start up menu. The last screen shot overlaps some of the few programs from #4 just a little as you can see, so it really begins with TabUserW.exe. This is my first time attaching screen shots so I hope I did this right.
