How to fix this
Have no idea why this came up. How do I fix it?

Just a guess - your shell icon cache may be corrupted. Try installing TweakUI and rebuild icons.

Thanks for the help.... What I did is downloaded the mmcbase.DLL and replace it.. All is good now.
