Uninstalling a program on work computer.

I know from past installs, some applications wont allow you to uninstall(from control panel) becasue I am not logged in as admin. But some programs have an uninstall icon in their folder that goes through with the uninstall once clicked.

So my question......Is there anyway to know if the program you are installing has an uninstall feature that allows you to uninstall without being admin?
