Help with an error message at windows boot?

Can someone please help me? When windows is booting up I keep getting this error message.

class not registerd (exception from hresult0x80040154 (regdb_E_classnotreg))

I've typed the error message in google and all I can find on it does not protein to me. Most of it deals with other software related issues that I don't have installed on my computer.

Have you scanned for malware? (viruses, trojans, spyware)
