xp sp2 blue error (screenshot)

i'm posting this for a friend, his computer got a blue screen error, and i knew you guys are all great here at helping. he gave me all the specs he could about his computer:

*it's a custom built one*
Windows XP SP2
ABIT (vt7 v2.0)
ATI Radeon x1300 pro 256mb ddr2 *pci*
160gb HDD (136gb free space)
Intel Pent 4 2.8ghz
1.5gb RAM

*click for full picture*

he was sleeping when he woke up to the blue screen, so can't say what was running when it happened. i hope that i posted enough info to get some help. i'll do searching on my own, but everyone knows how easy MS makes it to look up error codes ;p thanks in advance

*btw - he ran MemTest the other week and it came up good*
