On Screen Keyboard

Does anyone know how to disable the function, alt and windows keys in windows onscreen keyboard? You can open it by going to start->run->osk.exe.

I looked at other ones, and the only one I found worked good, but didn't look good and the buttons were too small for touchscreens. Also I tried coding my own in C# and was able to get keys sent to IE but they went into the address bar instead of where the person was last typing. I am not sure if this is the right place for software development questions either.
