OEM vs Retail
What is the differance between OEM and Retail? Which one do you prefer and why?

Right click on the orange highlighted Search button, open in new window - and type "xp oem retail difference" in the keyword window. Then go to the lower right and search in the 2K3/XP/2K/NT forum and do a search. There will be several threads in the search results all addressing this.
