Trouble with XP updates
I am having trouble with my XP updates. I can download them from Microsoft but they will not install. I can install any updates that deal with software (ie. Excell and Office) but not any of the security updates for XP or media player etc. I get the error message 0x80070005. What can I do about this? Thanks, claymom
