Novell migration to w2k server

I wanted to clarify that if i bring in a server with w2k pre-installed what i would have to do is use Netware services 5.0 and use MSDSS to migrate all over to the new server. I would then upgrade the current novell server and make it another DC. Has anyone done this yet and have any recommendations?
