Dispite how many times I shared the printer, it appears that the printer is always default back to not being shared. This is a file server and I'm trying to setup the printers to be shared but it's not. Any idea why?

I logged in as local admin. I've done this before but this time every time when I try to share the printer, right I click the OK button, it shows up as not shared again in the Printer and Faxes window.
