New Daylight Savings Time Issue

So with the new DST schedule, if we just uncheck to automatically adjust to DST box in the time control box, will Windows not adjust our time. We are on a Domain but can we just adjust the time manually when the new date comes in and ask it not to adjust or will it still aynch automatically?

Update for Windows XP (KB931836)
Typical download size: 102 KB , less than 1 minute
Installing this update enables your computer to automatically adjust the computer clock on the correct date in 2007 due to revised Daylight Saving Time laws in many countries. After you install this item, you may have to restart your computer.

Eh, worst comes to worst, my systems are set to log into an MS server to update the time. I guess this is more of an issue for systems which don't connect to the internet on a regular basis. As for cell phones, they might an issue also, but it's the same deal - they connect and sync the time.
