Invalid Add/Remove Entries

Good day, all!

As it stands, I have removed all invalid Add/Remove entry keys from the registry yet still have one showing that shouldnt be.

I navigated in the registry to:

Code:
...\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\(entry)
...and proceeded to delete all invalid entries.

Yet I still have an invalid entry in my Add/Remove list. I went thru each and every folder under the \Uninstall registry entry 3 times and cant find anything that corresponds to "Sid Meier's Civilization 4". How the heck do I get rid of it?

The easy way? Download and install CCleaner, use tools, uninstall, highlight it, and hit remove entry.
