vspf_hk.vxd error

when i try to boot my windows 98 machine i get this error can anyone tell me how to fix this?

thank you i tried this and it worked. it booted up normally but now the mouse cursor wont show up

There are lots of tips when I Google, but mostly in languages I can't read -- From what I can tell, it shouldn't affect the mouse as at least one relationship is with WinAnitVirus. You may want to check this out:

and run Spybot and AdAware, etc...
